- We accept product in new unworn condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. You have have 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return with us via email at email@example.com
- All returns must be pre-authorize. To receive a return authorization number, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. (Customer is responsible for shipping (costs)
- Once you receive the RA # and the address where to ship back the product. Pack the item item in the original packaging and write in front of the package your RA#. Include your packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip, on a sheet of paper include your full name, email address, telephone number.
- Once we receive the return, and inspect the product you. We will issue the refund. Within 5-10 business days your bank or credit card will post the refund or credit your account.
